Located along the south coast of Dubai, Palm Jebel Ali is approximately 45km from the old Dubai centre and about 12km to the north of the Abu Dhabi border. Palm Jebel Ali is a mixed use development which will host marinas, beach-side villas, apartments, hotels and other uses. The Palm island formations consist of a Trunk, a Spine with 16 connecting Fronds, a Crown and four surrounding Crescent islands. Each Frond is gated and all the villas are accessed from a central two-way road. Each plot has direct access to the beach. The architectural design quality of the Frond Villas is aimed at creating a unique beach-side living experience for its residents. The Premium Villas and Tip Villa types are the subject of these guidelines. This Design Control Guidelines document provides regulations for 3rd party design and construction of the villas.
